Cancel Mid-Run & Quality of Life Updates
・
This week puts you back in control of the canvas: stop any generation mid-run, rework your node graph faster, and share an exact spot on a canvas with a single link. Other improvements: you can change your own account email, and Decks picks up text links, layer copy-paste, and a roomier editor.
New
Cancel a generation mid-run — stop any in-flight generation and clear it instantly. A Cancel button sits beside Run all whenever something is running, with matching options in the canvas right-click menu and each queue row's “…” menu. The node snaps back to its pre-run state and a late result never lands on it — so you are never stuck waiting out a run you didn't mean to start.
Change your email address — update your primary email from account settings yourself; your account keeps all of its projects and data under the new address.
@-mention your uploads in chat — images you drop into the chat composer now appear in the @ menu under “Uploads,” so you can reference them by name: “update @my_logo.png to match @reference.png.”
Copy a link to a canvas selection — select two or more nodes (or a single node or field from the right-click menu) and copy a share-aware link. Whoever opens it lands right on that selection, Figma-style.
Share a link to a workspace — hover a workspace in the switcher to copy a link that opens FLORA directly in it — handy when you work across several sub-workspaces.
Deck text links & a bigger deck node — highlight any text in a deck and drop a URL into the new “Links to” field, and edit on a deck node that is now 1.5x larger on the canvas.
Copy and paste deck layers — right-click a Decks layer to copy it and paste it onto another slide, keeping its formatting and position.
Grok in Open in Agent — the Open in Agent dialog adds Grok Bot and Grok tabs, each opening with your project prompt prefilled.
Improved
Smarter bulk connections — connect a mixed selection (say an image and a text block) to another node in one go. Bulk drops are now all-or-nothing and tell you why a connection won't fit, instead of silently dropping it.
Faster graph rewiring — merge input bundles onto a different node type, copy a bundle with Option, and duplicate outgoing wires, so rearranging a canvas behaves the way you expect.
“Clear node” keeps your setup — clearing a node now wipes only its output and keeps the model, parameters, and prompts, so you can duplicate a canvas, clear the results, and reuse the whole setup for the next project.
A quieter canvas for power users — two new preferences (Account → Preferences → Canvas) let you hide model logos on nodes and collapse input handles.
Continue chat media on the canvas — open media generated in chat straight into a project, with clearer media-toolbar tooltips along the way.
Resizable chat panel — drag the side-panel chat to the width you want; it is remembered per browser.
New chat in a new tab — Cmd/Ctrl-click (or middle-click) any “New chat” control to open a fresh chat in a new tab.
Clearer deck editing — the editor's small X is now a labeled “Save and Close” button, and a node's Tools dropdown scrolls instead of getting clipped off-screen.
Fixes
The canvas recovers on its own from a lost graphics context instead of crashing the app.
Fixed corrupted canvas text that could leave a stuck “Inpainting” header.
Downloads from the share modal keep their file extensions.
A click-then-drag on a node is no longer mistaken for a double-click.
The deck editor no longer renders below the top of the window, and version-refresh toasts stay clickable.
You can now add images to an Element created from the library without an active project.
