Team FLORA
How do credits work?
Credits are consumed when you generate creative content on FLORA. Different models use different amounts based on computational costs — a quick image generation uses fewer credits than a high-resolution video render. We list general credit costs on this page. Coming soon: your FLORA canvas will preview credit costs before you run any generation.
What's the difference between a plan and a credit pack?
Plans are recurring subscriptions — you pay monthly or annually and receive a credit allocation each billing cycle. Plans also unlock subscriber discounts on any additional credits you purchase.
Credit packs are one-time purchases. You buy credits when you need them, no commitment. Packs never expire and aren't tied to a billing cycle.
Most teams benefit from a plan sized to their baseline usage, topped up with packs when projects spike.
Can I buy additional credits if I'm already on a plan?
Yes. Subscribers can purchase credit packs anytime at discounted rates (up to 30% off for annual subscribers). Pack credits are added to your balance immediately and don't expire.
Can I buy credit packs without a subscription?
Yes. Anyone can purchase credit packs at our standard rates, no subscription required. This is a good option if your usage is sporadic or you want to try FLORA before committing to a plan.
What are volume discounts?
Purchases of 100k credits or more receive a 10% discount automatically. This applies to both one-time packs and plan pricing — it's why the Max plan (250k credits) has better per-credit economics than Explorer or Pro.
How do subscriber discounts stack with volume discounts?
They stack. An annual subscriber buying a 100k pack gets both the annual subscriber discount (15% off) and volume pricing (10% off), bringing the effective rate to $0.75 per 1,000 credits versus $1.00 for a non-subscriber buying smaller packs.
Do unused credits roll over?
Subscription credits refresh each billing cycle, and unused credits roll over month to month with no limits. Credit packs (one-time purchases) never expire and remain in your account until used.
Can I limit how much individual team members use?
Yes. Workspace admins can set per-user credit caps in Settings to control spending across the team.
How many team members can I add?
Unlimited. All plans include unlimited team members at no extra cost. Your whole team shares one credit pool — you pay for usage, not headcount.
Is there a per-seat fee?
No. Whether you have 2 people or 200, the price is the same. Add teammates freely without worrying about incremental costs.
What happens when I upgrade mid-cycle?
You can choose whether to:
Pay the price difference and receive the credit difference immediately. Your existing balance stays intact.
Apply this change on the next cycle.
Example: You're on a monthly Explorer plan ($18/mo, 20k credits) with 8k credits remaining. You upgrade to a monthly Pro plan ($54/mo, 60k credits). You're charged $36 and receive 40k credits. Your new balance: 8k + 40k = 48k credits.
What happens when I downgrade?
Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle. You keep your current plan's benefits and credit balance until then.
Can I switch from monthly to annual?
Yes. You'll pay the annual price minus what you've already paid this cycle, and receive the annual credit allocation minus what you've already received. Your billing date resets to start the annual term.
If I upgrade twice in one month, how does that work?
Each upgrade charges and grants the delta from your current plan. The math always works out to what you'd pay if you'd started on the final plan.
Can I buy extra credits outside my subscription?
Yes. Credit packs are available anytime as one-time purchases.
Do credit packs expire?
No. Credit packs remain in your account until used, regardless of your subscription status.
I'm on an older seat-based plan. What happens to me?
Nothing changes unless you want it to. Your plan is grandfathered at your current rate indefinitely.
If you modify your plan (upgrade, downgrade, or change billing frequency), you'll move to the new pricing structure. You can't return to legacy pricing after switching.
What counts as "modifying" my plan?
Upgrading or downgrading your tier, changing from monthly to annual (or vice versa), or selecting a new plan in billing settings. Viewing your billing page doesn't trigger anything — only confirming a change does.
Are features limited by plan?
No. All AI models, downloads, and exports are available on every plan — including free. You're only paying for credits, not capabilities.
What do free accounts get?
1,000 credits to explore FLORA, with full access to all models and features. No credit card required.

What is the difference between standard plans and custom plans?
What's the difference between standard plans and custom plans?
Standard plans (Explorer, Pro, Max) are self-serve — pick one, enter payment, and you're set. They work well for most teams and individuals.
Custom plans are for teams whose usage doesn't fit neatly into our tiers. Maybe you need 500k credits monthly, or you want to prepay annually for better rates, or you have compliance requirements around invoicing. We'll build pricing and terms around your specific situation.
