You already make videos. Now learn how to incorporate AI the right way.
Editors, directors, motion designers and commercial producers. You should know FLORA canvas basics (a free Lab covers them) and basic video making knowledge.
4 weeks towards a final film.
Each week builds the next piece of it.
- Week 1
Pre-production
Turn your brief into a shot list, then build the look, characters and world as stills. Lock everything in images before you spend on video, and learn which models are worth paying for.
You make: A 6 to 10 shot storyboard and a character sheet.
- Week 2
Building the shots
The grid method, first and last frames, and trajectory sketches. Draft every shot on fast, cheap models, then finish on premium ones.
You make: Every shot of your film at draft quality.
- Week 3
The hard parts
AI VFX on live-action footage (bring your own if you have it), compositing, lip sync, sound and color grade.
You make: Final-quality shots.
- Week 4
Post and critique
Rough cut in FLORA's timeline, then finish the edit in Premiere, Resolve or CapCut. Pacing, matching the grade, cutting around artifacts, delivery specs. Then peer critique from an industry guest and a screening.
You make: Your finished 30 to 60 second film.
Narrative
Short films, music videos and art films. Keep one character's face and wardrobe locked across every shot, and build on story beats.
You deliver: A finished 30 to 60 second short film.
Commercial
Product and brand spots. Keep the product's shape, logo and label locked, and land a hook, benefit and call to action in 15 to 30 seconds.
You deliver: A finished 15 to 30 second video, plus 9:16 and 1:1 cutdowns.
