Who it’s for

Fashion designers, stylists and brand teams.

Designers, product developers, print and textile designers and creative leads in any category. No AI experience needed. Bring your own sketches, references and swatches.

Curriculum

5 weeks from mood board to mini collection.

Each session starts from a step you already know, then shows where AI fits and where the physical process still wins.

  1. Week 1

    Possibilities and world-building

Where AI fits in a designer’s workflow, and how FLORA works: nodes, models, prompts and references. Then build the world your collection lives in, before the first sketch.

You make: A mood board and color palette for your concept.

  2. Week 2

    Sketch, material, surface

Doodle to sketch in your own style, sketch to render, original textiles and prints from references, and masked edits: a print on one panel, a new collar, couture detail.

You make: One look, sketched, rendered and in an original textile.

  3. Week 3

    Presentation

Keep one model consistent across your range, then art-direct light, pose and setting for PDP imagery, editorial and style-outs.

You make: Your range in PDP and editorial formats.

  4. Week 4

    Motion and the timeline

360s from your front shots, editorial stills turned into clips, and FLORA’s timeline editor for pacing, sound and export.

You make: A 360 asset and a short sizzle reel.

  5. Week 5

    Systems and showcase

Turn each week’s saved workflows into a system you can rerun, tour the advanced tools (custom styles, brand guidelines, MCP), then present on a shared gallery canvas.

You make: A finished capsule and a workflow you can rerun.

Kate Burmatnova

Kate Burmatnova is a Forward Deployed Creative at FLORA, where she’s part of the core team building FLORA for fashion teams. Before joining FLORA, Kate spent 18 years as a fashion designer, leading knitwear and cold-weather accessories design for some of New York’s top fashion houses. She’s known for turning early creative direction into garments that work commercially and hold up technically, and for guiding teams through the whole process, from first sketch to factory handoff.

Kate’s work has always paired luxury craft with forward-looking design, and at FLORA she brings that same production-minded approach to AI-powered workflows. She shows designers how to move faster, explore more ideas, and keep the precision that real collections require.
